Waterfront Homes for Rent on Martha’s Vineyard – Morse Street Properties

The Morse Street properties offer unparalleled waterfront views, facing directly onto Edgartown Harbor. Connaught House – A True Captain’s Retreat

Just up Morse Street and a few doors down North Water Street is the Connaught House, a personal favorite with deep-rooted history. Once home to my childhood friends, the Dixons, this grand estate now features an impressive 42′ x 18′ pool, transforming the backyard into an entertainer’s paradise. The owner has enhanced this true Captain’s House, making it a private retreat filled with special gathering spots for memorable moments.

Located out on Katama Way, the Katama Bay View Oyster Catcher House is an exceptional getaway. A short walk from the Katama Bay public landing and a leisurely bike ride to South Beach, this home offers the best of both coastal relaxation and convenience. One of its standout features is a state-of-the-art home theatre, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Designed with an upside-down layout, the kitchen and main living spaces are on the upper level to maximize distant water views.
