Vacation Rental MV, LLC is a Martha's Vineyard vacation rental company that manages a handpicked collection of private homes for the families who stay in them and the owners who trust us with them.

VRMV sits between a traditional Realtor and a large booking platform. We give you the reach and technology of a major platform — instant booking, real-time pricing, secure payments, automated check-in — combined with the local knowledge of someone who has lived on the Vineyard since 1955. When you call, text, or email, you reach a real person who knows these houses and this island, not a call center.
We are a Massachusetts limited liability company, operating under our legal name Vacation Rental MV, LLC. Every home we list is one we know personally, and every guest booking is backed by a written rental agreement, proper Massachusetts lodging tax collection, and a real human to call if something goes wrong.

For Owners
Full-service management from inquiry to payout: listings on 50+ booking channels, algorithmic pricing, guest screening and communications, Massachusetts lodging taxes calculated and remitted, and owner funds held in a dedicated trust account and paid by ACH 15 days after month end. Three service tiers, and we work happily alongside your existing Realtor.
