You are located at the start of Morse Street steps from Edgartown's famous North Water Street and close to dining and shopping. Morse Street was named for Captain Odborn Morse whose house is also a vacation rental and is located on the NW corner of Morse and North Water Street.

Four beautiful island beaches are within walking distance although with this view you will have a hard time moving. You look out across Edgartown Harbor towards Chappaquiddick Island. To your left is the Edgartown lighthouse and to your right is the heart of the harbor, the Memorial Wharf, and the Chappaquiddick ferry boat. Sunrise will be spectacular and at sunset the entire scene is lit by the sun that sets over your right shoulder.

Evening dining is gracious and easy with seating for 12 at an ample dockside table and custom built-in grill.

There are three large bedrooms all with their own baths. Two are on the 1st floor with a large den. The 2nd floor has a great room with the 3rd bedroom at the Great. The kitchen is open up to the large great room that combines a dining and living area. True open-plan living with spectacular views of the harbor.

The decoration is nautical, as you might expect, and everything is of the highest quality. The home was redone this winter and truly sparkles.
