You look out across Edgartown Harbor towards Chappaquiddick Island. To your left is the Edgartown lighthouse and to your right is the heart of the harbor, the Memorial Wharf, and the Chappaquiddick ferry boat. Sunrise will be spectacular and at sunset the entire scene is lit by the sun that sets over your right shoulder.

Evening dining is gracious and easy with seating for 12 at an ample dockside table and custom built-in grill.

There are three large bedrooms all with their own baths. Two are on the 1st floor with a large den. The 2nd floor has a great room with the 3rd bedroom at the Great.
