VRMV was started in the spring of 2020 to serve owners and guests within the vacation rental space. We streamline the booking process between the guest and the owner by using direct marketing and 3rd party OTAs (Online Travel Agency). Our unique platform automates all aspects of the VR business from customer inquiry through reviews and owner payouts.

 

VRMV  has four main components

1 - Sales and Marketing to Owners

• Advertising and prospecting for new owners to bring new properties online
• Visiting and evaluating new properties and learning all about them
• Establishing relationships with our owners.
• Assisting owners with their vacation rental business planning

2 - Sales and Marketing to Guests

• Accurate presentation of owner properties to guests
• Direct Mail Marketing our listed properties to potential guests
• Producing Social Media content sponsored by VRMV to drive business
• SEO and organic search for properties unique websites

3 - Guest - fulfillment

• Responding to all guest inquiries promptly
• Ensuring that all bookings are done properly and paid to owners on time
• Ensuring that all aspects of check-in and check-out run smoothly
• Managing the flow of all business through the website dashboard
• Modify our system as needed to improve guest and owner experience
• Gathering reviews from guests post-stay
• Maintaining guest satisfaction through excellent service
• Building repeat guest stays
• Converting guests to homeowners (Real Estate Licensee)

4 - Property Management

• Address guest suggestions or criticism with owners. 
• Assist owner with prioritizing property improvements
• Assist owner with the management of cleaning and caretaking services
• Produce owner payout reports and pay owners
• Assist owners with bookkeeping, regulatory and tax compliance
