Earn a commission on properties that you help bring to VRMV

We pay up to $500 for any property that is listed on VRMV as a result of a direct recommendation.

We use a percentage because rental houses' earnings vary.

You will get a minimum of $200 once the property is listed on our website

Plus

You will get up to $500 which is calculated at 1% of the gross rent from the first rental until 365 days have elapsed.

Example:

If a house you recommend earns $35,000 in rent in its first year you will earn an additional $150 for a total of $350.

Your max commission will be $500.
